A native of Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China.
Chef Fu is a renowned Chinese master chef and a disciple of the Hong Kong “God of Culinary Arts.” He is recognized as a Jiangxi Provincial Culinary Master and a senior expert in Gan Cuisine.
He holds the title of National Senior Technician and serves as a National Judge as well as a Certified Evaluator for China’s National Vocational Skills Assessment. He has been honored as a “Technical Expert of Nanchang” and currently serves as Vice President and Secretary-General of the Nanchang Culinary Association.
He previously served as the R&D Manager and Regional Executive Chef (Ningbo) for Xiao Jiangxi, a leading Jiangxi cuisine brand. Chef Fu has dedicated his career to preserving and innovating Gan cuisine, seamlessly integrating traditional techniques with modern culinary Refinement
